To say the election of donald trump surprised me would be an understatement. Not because of his racist, misogynistic, bigoted and hateful campaign, but because I thought amerikkans were better than this. This low down, snake oil selling con artist. I was wrong and I was right.
With almost 2 million more actual votes than trump, there really are good people in this country. I want you to reflect on that irregardless of who you voted for. There is NO fucking OTHER. If you feel someone is beneath you, you bought into the con. For just like you, the con artist is only looking out for himself. The difference is he is empowered to take what he wants at the expense of an entire country, even those who protest still.
While this is a more personal rant than I anticipated, I am no longer angry or depressed. We have the power to fight back and are fighting back. Every day.
The fact that so many organizations who are on the front line have been galvanized with members and money brings me hope. If that many people have seen the future and said hell no, then I stand in good company.
There is no need to be politically correct. If there is one thing that needs to die a certain death it is and should be political correctness. So, let’s stop playing word games and call a bigot a bigot. Or a racist, neo-nazi or just hateful. Let us start with telling the truth to each other and those who think the only great amerikka is a white amerikka.
If you agree with that philosophy, you are on the wrong site. Just google “hate sites” and you will have enough to keep your uneducated ass happy for a long, long time.
So, as I get in the groove of cooking and listening to some great music from the 80’s and 90’s, I thought it was safe to unload right here and right now. It is my site after all…
King James Version
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
In spite of all the evidence to the contrary, my faith is strong, my spirit is at peace. There will be only 2 more posts this year. While my faith is strong, I still need some damn EVIDENCE! I may or may not bring back the weekly angel cards in 2017. Thanks for reading. Enjoy your Thanksgiving.
