A Message To Light Warriors Everywhere!

  • Posted on February 21, 2012 at 12:12 AM

I am so happy to share this message with you. I don’t know how many of you this is currently affecting, but in the last week, I have HAD to take a nap, during the day. Something I have not done since I was recuperating last year. Needless to say,  between the tiredness and the heart palpitations, I was a little concerned. Not just being tired, one day last week I literally could not move anymore. I went to bed and was asleep in seconds. I am still tired, getting up, then going back to bed. Luckily, I don’t have much scheduled for the next week or so. This post from the Light Circle Ezine shed’s some “light” on what is going on, and will be for a while.

Thanks for reading and know you are not alone!
Much love,
Michelle

Hilarion’s Weekly Message: February 19-26, 2012
Received by Marlene Swetlishoff/Tsu-tana
==========================================

Beloved Ones,

Many of you are finding yourselves with a feeling of sleepiness that comes on in the early evening and you have no choice but to go to sleep, for the feeling is so strong. This is a period when we are working on adjusting your energy fields and this is best accomplished while your physical body is at a deep rest. If you are experiencing this symptom then know that it is your turn to be attuned and adjusted. Each and everyone of our Lightworking Family is being given this personal attention in order to accelerate the process of transformation.

Be nurturing and understanding of yourselves when this happens, you are not being indolent or lazy, it is simply part of the process, accept it and let it be. Some of you are feeling uncomfortable in your bodies at certain periods of the day – this, too, shall pass. Listen to the signals you are being given and rest when it feels necessary, take action when you are feeling robust and stay in a positive, uplifted frame of mind as much as possible. If negative thoughts come into your mind, shift immediately to an uplifting thought. In this way, you are mastering your thinking patterns.

Your heart chakras are opening wider each day and this can sometimes cause palpitations in this area. If this occurs, just relax and rest for a few moments until they pass. There will continue to be many unexplained pains coming and going in various parts of your body and this is a sign that attunements and adjustments are taking place. It is a time of acceptance of what comes rather than resisting because of preconceived expectations of what should be. Many projects might have to be put on hold as you each go through this process. Know that all will be taken up again when the timing is right and all will flow smoothly and with grace and ease when this happens.

You may have noticed the personal interactions between people are undergoing a positive change. Many people are now voicing their inner-most feelings and thoughts much more readily than before and this is a very positive step towards unity consciousness. When we can all accept each other without criticisms and judgments, it opens the way for deeper and more meaningful communication to take place. This fosters trust in one another and in this way, the true person behind the mask that used to be in place can shine their Light unto the World.

Be proud of who you are. In the entire Universe, there is no other exactly like you. You are unique and an integral part of the whole. Without you in this World at this time, an important piece of the Whole would be missing. Practice holding loving and blessing thoughts as often as you can throughout your day, this will help anchor in your Christ Self. Identify as strongly as possible with the higher attributes of your Self, honor your Self and bring it into manifestation. Where your thoughts are, there you are also. These times require due diligence of each of you and you are each doing this. Our hearts are filled with Love as we watch you walk each day in your highest integrity, Dear Ones. Know that you are each surrounded by the Family of Light and that we walk with you.

Until next week..

I AM Hilarion

The Passing of a Another Legend

  • Posted on February 11, 2012 at 12:12 AM

This post is over a week old. I wrote it last week while the memories and emotions were a little raw.

So, first, let me say Rest In Sweet Peace, Don Cornelius. I prayed that God shows you mercy and absolves you of any and all things.

Mr. Cornelius was a legend not just because Soul Train was a cultural icon, but because of how black folks were and still are treated. So, here is my mini lesson on being black.

When you are black you are treated like you are invisible. You don’t exist. This is at work, at a resturant, on the corner trying to get a cab. It is why the book The Help, while fiction is based on fact. The things that people discuss around help they would not say out loud, in public.

I worked in Baltimore County in 1974- my senior year. I have had a shotgun pointed (by the Baltimore County police) at me and told to pick up the trash that had missed the trash can. My smart ass told them nope, my grandma and godma said I don’t have to clean up behind anyone. My aunt and uncle were both college professors AND I had an uncle who was an officer in the army. So, shoot me. Please!

Now, that was a little reckless but I have never felt I have to apologize for who I am, for who God made me.  I try to stay on the straight and narrow, but that does not bind my tongue to all that was wrong and is STILL wrong in this country. Felt this background was necessary for the next part of my essay.

Soul Train showed us as hip, cool, and lots of fun. We got to see musicians that the “main stream” had never heard of, no matter how much talent they possessed.

Mr. Don gave us this gift with grace, humility and the ability to select dancers and guests who kept us coming back for years. In addition, he introduced us to advertising that was just for us. You have no idea how hard it used to be to find products to do you hair! We were shown that we too were beautiful, we were cool and it was a really great time to be “black.”  He gave us wings to fly, sass to remember and joy to be what we were, without shame or feeling less than anyone.

So, Soul Train was an iconic show to be sure. I just wanted to share a little of how important it was to me, as a young black woman, entering the real world.

Thanks for reading!

Much love,

Michelle

UPDATE: 1:17am Sunday February 12, 2012

On February 11, 2012, yet ANOTHER legend passed away. Whitney Houston’s talent and angelic voice will be remembered as a singing voice that could bring tears to my eyes. I am so sorry for all she suffered during her short time here and hope that we all remember how talented she was and how long we had her gift.

Rest in Peace, sweet diva!

February 18, 2012

This week I avoided most of the shows regarding Ms. Whitney. I did watch the Oprah interview- it was amazing, heart and soul felt. Those who are most sensitive are always prone to addictions. Just something to take off the edge, to let them get a little peace. Not making any “excuses” just for some, being here is much more difficult than others. Ms. Whitney had a direct link to God, a link that we all have but most of us never, ever access. Once you do access that link, your life is changed-forever. Cause then you KNOW who God is to you and who you are to God.

I am glad she is finally at peace. We will miss her amazing talent to be sure, but she left us with enough to get us through. Thanks so much for letting me have my piece!

As an addendum, I could not figure out why I kept finding new things to post. All last week, this post was bumped, several times until the date of February 11, 2012. I updated this post instead of adding a new post because, Ms. Whitney will always be a legend.

“Legends can be now and forever. Teaching us to love for Goodness sake”
Theme from the movie “Legend” by Tangerine Dream

My favorite Whitney movie will always be the Preachers Wife. I loved all her movies, but the music in the Preacher’s Wife never, ever fails to uplift my spirits.

The Good You Do…

  • Posted on February 9, 2012 at 1:32 PM

Comes Back To YOU!  All the things you do, each and every thought Matters. It makes a difference, not only in your world, but how you see the world and how the world sees YOU!
Just yesterday, in my worry, woe is me mode (and yes, I do know better but still…), I was having my own conversation with God about “having my back” That exact phrase.

On the way to get my taxes done, there was something I needed to put in the mail for my daughter. The thought crossed my mind as I passed my house. “Nah, I will do it when I get back.” Well, guess what? I had forgot my tax documents! Had to go home, which is where my Angels were trying send me. Pay attention to your messages. All of them are important. Even the smallest thing can make a big difference.

When I filed my taxes today for my very small tax refund (and YES, I Paid taxes), my accountant was talking about the same thing, with that exact phrase. What she said was the only thing you can depend on is for God to have your back. And holding to that faith is what will get all of us through.

Okay, so, I paid attention. She said even though there were more people filing this year than last, things were still tight on the small business front. That she and her partner would not worry, cause she knew God had her back and mine like always. Just hang in there girl!

After I signed my docs, I pulled out my checkbook to pay her for her services. She said NOPE, Free! What? I just heard you say that money was tight. She told me that my money was tighter, and that this year, there would be no service fee.

Be careful how you treat everyone. You don’t know when you will see that persona again or under what circumstance. I am grateful that I took the time to develop a relationship with my accountant – and that when I needed just a little assistance, it showed up in the most amazing way.

If you live in the Baltimore area and need a trustworthy, highly competent tax professional who can handle personal and business taxes, give them a call! They have served me well for almost 20 years.

I will also add their name to my link pages. Ask for Ms. Alfreda or Ms. Hazel. Thanks for reading!

Much Love,
Michelle

Remember Who Helped

Friday February 10, 2012

People who help us along the way are channels of light, and if we forget them, then we are cutting off our connection to the source of all that is good in our life. Even if it was 20 years ago, it’s important to remember the people who helped us way back when.

Today, go back to a difficult time in your life. Who reached out to you when everyone else fled? Is that person still in your life? Do you still remember what they did for you? Awaken gratitude now. It’s the key to receiving more assistance down the line.

Do It Anyway!

  • Posted on February 7, 2012 at 12:12 AM

Love this from Mother Theresa!

“People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.
If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway.
If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.
For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.”

How Do You Carry Your Load?

  • Posted on February 5, 2012 at 12:12 AM

“It’s not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way you carry it.”
~Lou Holtz

We all have burdens to bear, challenges that are tailor made just for us. Most of them we walk into with our eyes wide open, then act astonished when the inevitable occurs. The load is part and parcel to living life on this beautiful place called earth. The way we carry it is determined by who you feel is responsible for your lot in life. When you get to the point where there is NO blame assessed, the carrying becomes much lighter. It is the blame, the shame and the anger that makes the load much heavier to bear. Shed that weight and keep it moving.
